A site nestled in Kennington located next to the Beefeater Gin Distillery, that was previously used to the support the Northern Line Extension. The site is bounded by distinctive buildings, and the proposals capture the historic and industrial characteristics synonymous with the local area.

The site itself has a rich history of industrial use, which the proposals capture by including over 2,700sqm of light industrial workspace alongside 139 homes.
